Beautiful oval serving or vegetable bowl along with an oval shaped asparagus or celery plate. A wonderful pair of completer pieces for your Haviland Montreux table setting. Each of these pieces are in wonderful condition, they have lived the good life for close to 100 years. Absolutely no chips or cracks, and I do not detect any crazing. Both have been very well taken care of.
The octagonal serving bowl has heavy gold gilt on the handles, and measures 10 3/4 inches by 9 1/2 inches. The asparagus or celery platter, which is very diffifult to find, measures 12 3/4 inches by 5 1/4 inches.
