Very elegant etching with water colors depicting Victorian Ladies and a Gentlman strolling with an umbrella. This original picture appears to old, however, I did not disassemble the framing, matting and glass.
The colors are black, ivory, gray and a powder blue. Very understated and interesting subject matter. The frame is a medium oak or walnut wood, an ivory colored matting, and there is brown paper on the back. Small hole on the back paper as shown in picture. This piece was matted and framed at H. Hal Kramer Co. in Chicago.
Entire piece measures 17 1/2 inches by 15 inches, with the actual etching measuring 8 1/2 inches by 6 inches. Other than the small hole in the back paper, in wonderful well cared for condition.
